Teacher

Ms. Sophia went to two different high schools due to being part of a military family and studied early childhood education at both schools. She new very early on that she had a passion for growing young minds, therefore, has been in the childcare industry for more than 8 years. Ms. Sophia has two children over her own…twins! She is fluent in both English and Spanish and even a little Japanese.

Ms. Destinee attended Winter Park Day Nursery when she was a little girl. She is an active student at Edgewater Highschool and is also a student at Orange Technical College for medical assisting. After she graduates from high school, Ms. Destinee wants to go to college to become a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.

Ms. Deja was born and raised in Chicago. IL and moved to Florida about 10 years ago. Ms. Deja graduated Oviedo High School in 2015. In 2019, Ms. Deja received a certificate in worship music at Awakening Leadership in RI.  She loves children and has served locally in the nursery at her church. 

“Getting to watch children grow and seeing the way their minds work is a beautiful thing. There is so much I am still learning from children every day. It is cool to see that as we are teaching our students and and guiding them, they are teaching us in return. Never stop learning no matter your age.”

Andi has been working in preschool since 2016. She is currently training to become an ABA therapist and hopes to one day be working with the Florida Autism Center. Andi is a Floridian at heart but wants to travel the world!

Ms. Stacey has been in the childcare profession for most of her life. Early on, she worked with her mother in their home daycare. Ms. Stacey is a mother of two, and in her spare time she volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader. She has her Childhood Development Associate Equivalency and graduated with honors from Orlando Tech’s Early Childhood Education program.
